We provide full risk appraisal and monitoring of all financial and technical aspects of proposed developments. Typically, this will involve comment on financial, technical and legal documentation as well as ensuring that specific recommendations made are implemented. The team incorporates the expertise to negotiate with sub-contractors, suppliers and design consultants in the unlikely event that "step-in rights" are exercised.
