New Director for Manchester office to expand northwest market

Leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy McBains Cooper has appointed Mike Paul as Director for their Manchester office. Mike  joins McBains Cooper from Gleeds.

I share their ethos of inter-disciplinary working and am looking forward to expanding the Manchester office and strengthen its position in the regional northwest market," Mike said.

Mike has particular strengths in project leadership and the implementation of strategies and procedures to achieve successful project outcomes on complex mixed-use developments up to £300m in value. He has worked in the North West on a portfolio of significant landmark mixed-used retail and commercial led urban regeneration projects, including latterly the Media City development in Salford where elements of the BBC are relocating from London.

Previous Manchester Director Michael Lawless will take up the position of Regional Director.
