Pedro Pendola
Head of Lima Office
Pedro Pendola heads McBains Cooper’s office in Peru.
He is an Architect, having graduated at the Ricardo Plama University in Lima, and holds two Masters degrees from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. In addition to these qualifications, Pedro holds a post-graduate degree in Infrastructure Concessions Law and a post-graduate degree in Finance and is a Director of the Peruvian Chamber of Construction.
Pedro has extensive experience in the design and implementation of Infrastructure models and has coordinated, among other projects, the concession of the regional airports in Peru.
His experience also includes the development of residential and leisure schemes and the project management of highly complex construction projects.
