Director
Mark heads up the design disciplines at McBains Cooper which encompass architecture, civil and structural engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering,
He brings a wealth of experience that covers residential- and commercially-led mixed use, healthcare, education, hotel, leisure and conservation schemes.
His skills include complex project planning, major project co-ordination, due diligence work and advising on procurement and overall development strategies.
Mark’s hands-on approach ensures that he creates architecture of the highest quality, whilst maximising economic returns from sites, through collaboration between architecture and the rest of the design team.
He places equal importance on the design and commercial realities of a scheme, ensuring that clients’ varied objectives are not only met but exceeded.
