Paul Fleming
Director
A Chartered Building Surveyor, Paul is engaged in all aspects of Building Surveying and has been involved in a number of major contaminated site re-developments, as well as project managing large, fast track refurbishments.
He has worked extensively within the education sector, initiating space suitability and utilisation standards, time-tabling surveys and assisting in the rationalisation of property portfolios and releasing funds.
In contrast, his legal and analytical skills have been used to develop a specialism in Rights of Light and Party Wall matters, settling claims and providing litigation support services, having gained an MSc in Construction Law & Arbitration from Kings College, London.
Other core areas of his experience include the diagnosis of construction and latent defects.
