Julian Symons
Director

Julian manages the development monitoring / funding team, providing risk management and specialist advice to banks and funders to ensure the strategic management of projects to a successful conclusion. 

He and his team currently advise over 30 international banks on the acquisition, procurement and construction of properties with a total value in excess of £1.5bn to achieve strict investment returns and commercial targets in the commercial, residential, leisure and industrial sectors across the United Kingdom.
