Gareth Hird
Director
Gareth has worked as a Project Manager on commercial projects on behalf of institutional investors and property developers throughout the UK. His particular specialism is in managing the due diligence phase on large-scale development programmes for commercial, industrial and residential clients. Currently, he acts on behalf of a wide range of Funders and Investors throughout the UK and Europe, providing high level Due Diligence advice and Project Monitoring services. He has responsibility for a complexity of commercial activities and has built a team of young dynamic professionals with first class experience and a wide network of contacts.
