Andrew Bish
Director
Andrew's major focus and expertise is in the commercial and retail development sectors. Since commencing practice in 1988 he has gained an extensive range of experience in office, retail, residential, industrial and custodial facilities. He successfully manages to cross-fertilise the skills and knowledge gained in all these sectors to the benefit of clients.
His track record in the successful delivery of cost management services is widely recognised amongst clients, with repeat business being a significant element in the team’s success and growth, with clients regularly endorsing the service provided by returning with further commissions.
With his experience extending to project management services on several multi-million pound projects, Andrew is able to view projects from a wider angle than that of the traditional quantity surveyor, bringing greater innovation and in-depth involvement in procurement, design development and financial management of construction schemes.
Andrew is keenly focused on results and is totally committed to successful project delivery. He firmly believes that this is best achieved by mutual profitability for the Client, Contractor and Consultants. When all three are reaping financial benefits, quality and time issues readily fall into place. It is the Quantity Surveyor’s role to ensure this occurs.
