Anthony Coumidis
Director
As Director of Engineering and Environmental Initiatives, Anthony is the driving force behind all low carbon design solutions at McBains Cooper.
Anthony promoted and pioneered the use of geothermal energy in the United Kingdom, with his innovative ideas and solutions going on to become industry standard. He has extensive experience of designing and implementing sustainable solutions for a wide variety of building types and has won numerous industry awards and commendations.
His project work revolves primarily around PFI, commercial Education and ecclesiastical projects serving corporate end users, property developers and investment funds with projects ranging up to £40m. With twenty years of experience, including spells in Europe and the Middle East, he has clear focus on the issues of procurement and optimising best value.
