Director
Adrian specialises in the delivery of Project and Cost Management and continues to operate at the leading edge of procurement initiatives, understanding best value. Adrian has built up a tenacious team of Cost and Project Managers who are highly skilled and considerably experienced with operations within the Commercial, Financial and Motor Retail sectors.
These skills and commercial approach allied to his experience, have been applied to create cost modelling and advice in PFI Projects, in particular, Education, Custodial, Housing and Healthcare sectors.
