Kevin Whitehead
Director
Kevin has many responsibilities including Construction Litigation, Expert Witness and Legal support services in the construction industry. Kevin specialises, principally, in the Commercial market (Office, Industrial and Private high value residential) and within the Historic Building Conservation sector.
His extensive experience enables clients to make sound judgements and intelligent business decisions based on solid evidence and reliable interpretations. With over twenty-eight years of experience Kevin has developed a unique expertise to provide Expert Witness and construction/legal litigation support services to clients, construction and legal teams. His strengths in value engineering and cost reduction techniques provide an enhanced pre-contract appraisal service guaranteeing reduced cost without detriment to quality and time-scales.
